Mindfulness is such an effective tool to be with your body.

Body Metta

In my early eating disorder recovery, I started practicing mindfulness. At first, it was very challenging and brought up a lot of anger. I was soon introduced to Metta, or Loving Kindness meditation, and it literally changed my brain.

Based off of traditional Metta, where one extends loving kindness to different categories of relationships in your life, Body Metta extends loving kindness to all parts of your body. Tarot and Meditation

At the same time I was learning to meditate, I was also learning tarot. Tarot helped me to build my intuition and trust my body. I have recorded one meditation per tarot card. This is now available to you. These meditations can be used with any tarot deck and most align with the Be With Your Body Tarot Deck.

Healing your relationship to body takes presence. Presence takes practice.
