Yoga Therapy is a series of 1:1 sessions centering yogic tools to strengthen your relationship with yourself. By implementing your customized practice, you will be in less pain, have better sleep, and gain more confidence and trust in yourself.
If you’ve tried all the diets. “clean eating”, workouts and you still don’t feel at peace with your body- I’ve got you.
It may not be your body that needs to change- it might be your relationship to your body. I am here to help you and your body connect on a deep level. Through regular yoga practices, tuning into the seasons, and building your intuition, I will help you feel more at home in yourself.

Yoga therapy isn’t about touching your toes or mastering a pose. It’s about learning how to listen to your body with curiosity and compassion. It’s a one-on-one, personalized approach to healing that meets you exactly where you are—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

In our sessions, we might move slowly, breathe deeply, rest intentionally, or talk about what’s coming up in your body. There’s no performance, no pressure—just space for your body to guide the way.

Tuesdays: 8:30-9:30am Flow + Restore
Thursdays: 10-11am Heated Vinyasa
Join me for a weekly yoga classes that embodies the current astrological energy! We meet live on Zoom every Monday from 8:30-9:30am CST or you can access the recording whenever you want. You not only get to practice live, but also have a library of hour-long yoga classes to use whenever you like. Two pricing tiers: $20 or $10 a month. Choose whichever feels right for you.
