Yoga Therapy is a series of 1:1 sessions centering yogic tools to strengthen your relationship with yourself. By implementing your customized practice, you will be in less pain, have better sleep, and gain more confidence and trust in yourself.

Each session includes a specialized yoga practice, insight and reflection to your daily life.

    Yoga therapy is more effective the more you do it. By committing to a monthly session, you will feel more grounded and guided in your life.

  • BiWeekly Session Subscription: $100/ Session

    Sessions twice a month help folks to anchor, ground and build on their goals and self-acceptance.

  • Weekly Session Subscription: $95/ Session

    I have witnessed those that commit to weekly yoga therapy sessions bloom and thrive in miraculous ways! This subscription is especially helpful to those lookig or more support around their body connection.
