Now that we have gotten curious, let’s practice presence! In this episode Kate and Sarah Jane explore how mindfulness leads to neutrality, and how these principles are necessary for true embodiment. Part of cultivating presence requires us to recognize that all things are temporary and all feelings are transient. We can stay present when we know this, because it helps us endure difficult experiences. Can it also help us more deeply appreciate positive experiences when we know they are fleeting as well?
